Dataset

Hey everyone! We’re excited to share the results of our latest research—the unified demoscene dataset. It contains fundamental information on over 600,000 demoscene productions gathered from major archives like Demozoo, Pouët, CSDb, ADA, Kestra/BitWorld, Speccy.pl, Atariki, and ZXArt.

The latest version of the dataset is available on zenodo and codeberg.

The Demoscene Dataset is provided under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0). By using this dataset, you agree to comply with the following guidelines:

The creativity of our demoscene now belongs to the digital heritage of Polish culture. And now, buckle up because it’s going to be classy. Thanks to the involvement of the Polish demoscene community, Andrzej Lichnerowicz and Kaja Mikoszewska of Chronicle of Polish Demoscene Committee created and submitted an application for entry into the National List of Intangible Cultural Heritage.
